I’ve spent a career in client-facing roles, building long-term relationships to fully understand my clients' goals to better support them.
Following the pandemic, I decided to retrain as a Personal Trainer to combine these skills and my passion for exercise to help others.
I’ve been a keen participant in regular exercise for the past 30 years and have first-hand experience of its benefits including better fitness, increased strength, decreased risk of injury, improved stress management and better sleep.
I regularly take part in circuit training, HIIT classes, bootcamps and yoga and I have also completed marathons, triathlons, 10ks, parkruns and most recently a Tough Mudder.
Exercise is simply part of my everyday life and I believe I am better for it. Regardless of your background or experience, I believe I can support you to feel fitter, look better and lead a healthier life.
